Wisconsin Association of Accountants Board

The Board of Directors is composed of eleven members. A board member can only serve a consecutive three year term. A lapse of at least one year must occur before being reelected. The immediate past president and State Director of the NSA will be members of the board with full voting rights. The regular annual meeting of the board will be held immediately after or during the Annual meeting of the WAA.
