All top ics include coverage of new legislation, revenue rulings and procedures, as well as case law to help the busy practitioner keep current. Speakers are all practicing preparers who share practical tips and insights to help you get ready for this tax season. We will review Tax Cuts and Jobs Act individ ual tax reform provisions, including the new deduction for qualified busine ss income (Code Sec. 199A), modifications to many Schedule A itemized deduc tions, and the impact of the new marginal tax rate structure on taxpayers.
